          - Driving
            in Cyprus is on the left hand side of the road.
            
            
 
          - Cycling
            is not allowed on highways/motorways
            
            
 
          - Always
            use your helmet.
            
            
 
          - Check
            your bicycle before any ride.
            
            
 
          - Avoid
            using the front brake when going downhill.
            
            
 
          - Always
            carry with you water, bandages ,antiseptic and an energy bar (or 
          even chocolate).
            
            
 
          - Avoid
            cycling off track and always prefer the tracks which seem
            to be more used.
            
            
 
          - 
          In Cyprus
            country people are very friendly, therefore do not
            hesitate to ask them for help, assistance or information
            whenever needed.
            
            
 
          - A
            compass is always useful.
            
            
 
          - Study
            carefully the instructions and maps before going on a
            ride.
            
            
 
          - During
            summertime the danger of fire is high in forestry areas, therefore be extremely careful. Without the
            forest, mountain biking seems to be like a bike without a
            saddle.
            
            
 
          - Give
            way to pedestrians.
            
            
 
          - Take
            your litter home with you.

        Cyprus in the summer, unlike the late summer evenings in the UK, it is a
